Trough the enrolment formulary available in our web, we compile the necessary personal data to celebrate the candidature as a model, and to include you in our data base and to value you possible participation in publicy campains, and audiovisual projects. Through the registration form available on our website, we will collect the personal data necessary to manage your application as a model, include you in our professional data base, and evaluate your possible participation in advertising campaigns, photo shoots, or audiovisual projects.
The data you may provide includes, but is not limited to:
Identifying data: name, surnames, birthdate and nationality
Contact Data: phone number, email, postal adress and Whatsapp number
Personal characteristics data: height, weight, body measurements, eye color, hair color, clothing and shoe size, appareance, as well as any other physical characteristics relevant to modeling activities
Profesional and experience data: career path, actual agency (if there is one), willingness to travel, formation related and previous experience in advertising, photography or sports.
Audovisual data: presentacion photos or videos or promocional material that you send us.
Social Media or other platforms profile related with your professional career (for example, Instagram, Tik tok, Linkedin or others) including the approximate number of followers.
Representation or billing details (if applicable): bank account or information necessary to process contracts, payments, or professional collaborations.
By submitting the form and by accepting the enabled boes, you authorize FILMSPORT to manage your professional profile, with the aim of evaluating your candidacy, proposing you for projects and to facilate you being hired by clients, agencies or production companies.
Contact forms: When you contact us through any form from the web or via email, we treat your data (name, email, adress, phone number and the content of your inquiry) to manage your subscription and to answer any question that you have.
Models, candidates, choreographers and doubles: If we formalize a contractual or representation relation, your data will be included in a professional file, that may contain information like your name, phone number, adress, service history, campaings, financial conditions and biling. All with the purpose of managing your representation, the payments and the financial relations from the contract.
Clients: If a contractual relationship is formalized, we will treat your data to manage the contracted service, biling, payments and comercial relations arising from the contract.
